I went to see a ear, nose and throat doctor.

I love much of earpicking but my ears were clogged up because I did earpicking too much. The ear treatment really hurt but refreshed me. 

Do you do earpicking? 

Many Japanese do it and there are plenty of earpicking services in Japan. 
The doctor told me not to even do earpicking though. Don't do it too much, everyone.

耳かきが大好きで、かきすぎて逆につまってしまいました。かなり痛かったけどスッキリしました。

日本ではたくさんの人が耳かきをします。耳かきをしてくれるサービスもあるんですよ。
医者には「耳かきはするな」と言われましたけどね。みなさんも耳かきすぎには注意しましょう😀
